Who is responsible

What we collect
Only if you join the launch waitlist: your email address, the language you were using, which form you used to sign up, the version of the consent wording you accepted and the time of your consent. We also store a one-way hash of your personal removal link, so that we can delete your entry when you ask. We do not collect payments, accounts, advertising data or analytics, and we do not set tracking or advertising cookies.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email only to send you an update about the launch of Cleaning Business Kit and to reply if you write to us. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with others for their own marketing, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until you remove it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after you signed up, unless you confirm that you still want to hear from us. No launch email is sent automatically by this preview.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. The quickest way to be removed is the personal removal link shown after signup. If you lose it, write to nizar.digitalstudio@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Where data is stored and third parties
Waitlist entries are stored in the database of the service that hosts this website (currently the ChatGPT website publishing service, which runs on Cloudflare infrastructure). Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of that provider. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Your display-language preference is saved in your browser (local storage). If you join the waitlist, the signup language is also saved with your entry.
Changes
When sales open, this policy will be updated to explain how order and payment data are handled. The date at the top shows the latest version.
