Why is pricing by intuition not enough?
Overlooking supplies, travel, staff or collection fees can reduce the profit left on a job. Include these costs to understand the estimate.
Net price = total costs ÷ (1 − margin − fee rate)

Save a separate copy per job. A compatible spreadsheet application is required and not included. STARTER and PROFESSIONAL do not include a CRM, job archive, payment collection or a dashboard.

Does it work in Excel and Google Sheets?
All three packages include .xlsx files. Key workflows were tested in Excel for Mac and Google Sheets, with checks tailored to each package. We recommend Excel for Mac for printing quotes. Software is not included.
Are cleaning times official rates?
No universal rate fits every job. The workbook labels illustrative assumptions and includes two specific public ISSA examples with sources. Other task rates must be entered or calibrated using measured work.
Is everything automatic?
The formulas recalculate from your inputs. Walkthrough notes, quote descriptions and checklist statuses require manual entry. Keep a copy per job: STARTER and PROFESSIONAL do not include automatic history, client records, payments or a dashboard, and do not send quotes.
Which languages and currencies are available?
Every package includes two separate workbooks, in Italian and English. EUR, USD and GBP are currency labels; amounts are not converted.
Does the quote replace an invoice?
The quote is a proposal template, not an invoice. Configure applicable tax (VAT / sales tax) and review business details, scope and payment terms before sending it.
Do I need to be an Excel expert?
No. The kit is designed for people with basic spreadsheet knowledge. You still need to be able to enter and edit some data.
Is there a subscription?
The planned product price is a one-time purchase, with no recurring seller fee. A compatible spreadsheet application is required; its own licensing terms may apply.
Can I customize the costs?
Yes. You can edit the provided parameters, such as hourly cost, supplies, travel and desired margin.
What will I receive after purchase?
Each ZIP contains Italian and English workbooks, PDF guides and example material. STARTER has 4 sheets, PROFESSIONAL has 9, and BUSINESS has 15. BUSINESS also includes a prefilled Italian demo workbook.
